Travelling twelve or thirteen usually means three hotel rooms in different corridors and nobody really together. At Villa Octagon you take the whole house: 600 m², five bedrooms, four living rooms, two kitchens and a walled garden of 5,000 m². From €500 a night for the entire villa, breakfast included — under €40 per person when you are thirteen.
Where everyone sleeps
- Four master suites, each with its own marble bathroom, twin basins and a bathtub.
- A fifth room with three beds and its own bathroom — the children’s room, or the one for friends travelling together.
- Two extra beds, provided free of charge, bringing the house to thirteen guests.
- Cots free on request, plus washing machine, dryer, iron and drying rack on site.
Four living rooms, so you are not on top of each other
That is what changes everything with a large group: the children play in one room, the grandparents read in another, and everyone meets for dinner. The main kitchen opens onto the dining room, and a second, outdoor kitchen looks over the pool and the garden. Both are made for real cooking — oven, dishwasher, espresso machine.

Our rules, said plainly
The villa sleeps thirteen people at most, and we host no weddings, no parties and no loud evenings: we have neighbours and we intend to keep the peace. If you are looking for a party house, this is not it. If you want a house where the children actually sleep, where you hear the wind in the argan trees, and where you can sit late at the table without disturbing anyone, you are in the right place.
Questions we are asked
Can we be twenty?
No. The villa is designed for thirteen guests and we do not go beyond that, even with extra beds. That limit is what keeps a bathroom, a bed and some quiet for everyone.
Can we rent only part of the house?
No, the villa is rented whole. You will never share it with other travellers.
Is the pool usable in winter?
Yes. It measures 12 by 6 metres, it is private and heated all year, with a jacuzzi alongside and a hammam indoors.
