A leadership team, a group of eight to thirteen, a three-day training course: Villa Octagon is taken over entirely, fifteen minutes from Essaouira and the sea. Your team works, eats and sleeps in one place — no hotel, no shuttle, no wasted hours.
What the house gives you
- 13 beds across five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
- A flexible room — the yoga pavilion — which can be set up with tables and a screen for workshops and presentations, on request.
- Four living rooms for breakout groups, and two kitchens.
- A strong internet connection and power sockets throughout the house.
- Meals on site, prepared by our concierge team: breakfast included, lunches and dinners on request, Moroccan or European, with vegetarian, halal and gluten-free options.
- Heated pool, jacuzzi, hammam and a walled garden of 5,000 m² for the breaks.
A three-day retreat, for example
- Day 1 — Late-morning arrival, lunch by the pool, work through the afternoon, dinner prepared at the villa.
- Day 2 — Work in the morning, then your choice of surfing, quad biking in the dunes, horse riding or a walk through the medina, arranged by our concierge.
- Day 3 — Conclusions in the morning, hammam, departure.
Why a villa rather than a hotel
In a hotel your team shares the space with strangers, and everyone disappears into their room in the evening. Here the house belongs to you alone, so the conversation carries on after the working day. And since we host no parties and no loud evenings, nobody keeps your team awake the night before an important morning.
Getting here
Essaouira-Mogador airport is twenty-seven minutes away; Marrakech is about two and a half hours by road. Our concierge arranges your team’s transfers in both directions.
